The differentiator

The rule engine other platforms charge you days of work to configure.

Pricing logic, customer-product authorization, geographic visibility, promotional rules, all configured in a visual builder by your admin, in minutes, with a live preview of exactly what each customer sees.

Every wholesale distributor has rules that don't fit a clean dropdown menu. Mom-and-pops in New Jersey get 25% off products within two weeks of expiration. Home Depot only sees the 20 SKUs we're authorized to sell them. Only Texas customers see the Buc-ee's souvenir collection. On most platforms, configuring rules like these means commissioning days of professional services work, and every change is another invoice. On Pebble, we enable you to build them in the rule builder, preview the result as the customer or rep would see it, and ship it the same afternoon.

SCENARIO 01
Layered pricing logic
Mom-and-pops in NJ get 25% off short-dated stock
WHEN customer.type = "mom-and-pop"
AND customer.state = "NJ"
AND product.expires_within = 14 days
THEN apply 25% discount on top of contract price
What the customer sees
Their normal contract price, with a callout - “Short-dated, save 25%”, on qualifying SKUs only. No code change. No ticket. No service hours billed.
SCENARIO 02
Customer-product authorization
Home Depot only sees what they're authorized to buy
WHEN customer.id = "Home Depot"
THEN show only products in collection
        "Home Depot Authorized" (20 SKUs)
HIDE all other products from catalog and search
What the customer sees
A clean catalog of 20 SKUs. The rep on their tablet at the Home Depot buying office sees the same 20 SKUs. Everyone's looking at the same truth.
SCENARIO 03
Geographic catalog visibility
Only Texas customers see the Buc-ee's collection
WHEN customer.state = "TX"
THEN show product.collection = "Texas"
HIDE other state-specific collections
What the customer sees
Only the SKUs that make sense for their store. Faster ordering. Fewer mistakes. Less catalog noise.
The screenshot moment

See exactly what each customer sees, before you ship.

Build the rule on the left in plain language. Impersonate any customer or rep on the right and walk through their catalog, their prices, their available promotions, exactly as they'd experience it.

What this typically costs elsewhere
  • 01Open a configuration ticket with your vendor's services team
  • 02Receive a scope and an hourly estimate
  • 03Wait 1–4 weeks for a developer to schedule it
  • 04Pay for days of work, minor changes mean another invoice
  • 05Test on a staging environment that may or may not mirror production

The math

Run the math on your own numbers.

Two calculators on the pricing page, one for field sales, one for buyer self-service, show what Pebble saves on your team, your order volume, your error rate. Default assumptions are based on what our customers typically land on; tweak them for your business.

Integrations

Real-time, two-way sync with the ERPs your team already runs on.

Pebble's integration platform is ERP-agnostic by design. If your system has a well-documented API or SQL access, we connect to it. That's not a sales line, it's the work we've been shipping for the last decade.

How we run Pebble

Three commitments we put in writing.

Order-writing software for distributors who are tired of being taken for granted.

01Principle

Transparent.

Our pricing is on the pricing page. Our roadmap is on the roadmap page. The board our team works from every day is the same one you can read on this site. Customers vote, we ship, we update. When priorities change, we say so. When you ask for something and we build it, you'll see it land.

If we change pricing, current customers stay on their existing terms for 12 months minimum. Full data export is one click, in standard formats, no fees. Your data is yours, and migration out is as easy as migration in.

02Principle

Stable and secure by design.

Stability isn't a feature; it's the floor everything else stands on. A rep who can't write an order on a bad signal loses a sale. A distributor whose data gets corrupted loses trust. We treat both seriously.

  • Encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3)
  • 15-minute encrypted backups with 45-day retention
  • Role-based access controls and audit logs on every tier
  • Offline-first architecture so reps keep selling when the connection drops
  • Hosting on enterprise-grade infrastructure with a 99.9% uptime target
03Principle

Thoughtfully designed, battle-tested.

Every screen and flow in Pebble has been designed and battle-tested, born out of the feedback and frustrations of real reps on real routes, managers wrangling orders and pricing, and buyers fighting to place a single order.

We don't ship UX we wouldn't want to use ourselves at the end of a long day with cold hands and a dying battery. If a workflow takes a tap it shouldn't, we hear about it and we fix it. We hold ourselves to a zero-bug policy. You rely on us daily, and we take that trust seriously.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does Pebble cost?+

Public, transparent pricing. Field Sales and Buyer Self-Service each have a Starter and a Pro tier. Bundle both at Pro and take 5% off. Read the pricing page for every tier, every feature, and the full comparison table.

What ERPs do you integrate with?+

QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Epicor Prophet 21, Sage, and Stripe for payments. Real-time, two-way sync. The full coverage matrix is in the Integrations section above.

How long does implementation take?+

9–14 days median, kickoff to first order. We lead it. Connect your ERP via OAuth in minutes; customers, items, and price lists sync over week one; reps go live in week two.

Can I configure pricing rules and customer visibility myself, or do I need to file a ticket?+

Yourself. The rule engine is a visual builder. Your admin configures pricing logic, customer-product authorization, geographic visibility, and promotional rules in plain language, previews what the customer would see, and ships the same afternoon. No tickets, no hourly billing.

What happens to existing pricing logic in my ERP, does Pebble override it?+

No. Pebble layers on top of your ERP's price levels. Contract pricing comes from the ERP; Pebble adds rule-based logic on top (segment discounts, short-dated promos, customer-specific overrides). Everything writes back so your ERP remains the source of truth.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?+

Your choice. Month-to-month, or annual with a discount. No multi-year lock-in, no early-termination fees, no auto-renew traps.

What happens to my data if I leave?+

You take it. Full CSV / SQL export on demand, no fees, no consultation required. Your data is yours.

Do you sell or share customer data?+

No. We don't sell, license, or share customer data with anyone. Your buyers, prices, and order history are yours.

Who is Pebble built for?+

Any wholesale distributor that wants to sell more efficiently. Pebble runs across food & beverage, beauty, jewelry, industrial, and home goods. If your reps write orders or your buyers reorder online, you're in scope.

Do my buyers need to download an app for self-service?+

Browser by default. Your buyers sign in from any device. Buyers can also download the native Pebble app for self-service if they prefer. Reps use the same iOS/Android app for the field.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro tiers?+

Pro adds custom approval flows, advanced reporting, priority support, and the bundle discount when you run Field Sales and Buyer Self-Service together. See the pricing section above for the full feature comparison.

What about AI features?+

We ship them where they earn the seat, short-dated stock surfacing, substitution suggestions, anomaly flags on orders. No AI-for-AI's-sake. Natural-language reports are on the roadmap.

Order-writing the way it should be.

30-minute demo. No slides. We'll run the rule engine on a scenario from your business and show you the math on your numbers.

No sales-call gating. Pricing and roadmap are public, demo is a working session.
